For Marcus, bartending is all about the thrill and excitement of something new and taboo.  Growing up in the LDS community, Marcus was taught that alcohol was evil and would lead to destructive behavior.  Although this sentiment was ingrained in him, it did not deter him from pursuing a career in bartending.  Marcus chose to mix into the Salt Lake cocktail scene; he’s easily excited by a new flavor, technique, or style.  Marcus’ love and enthusiasm for what he does is not only infectious, but something he intentionally tries to impart on others.  Bartender roulette is his favorite game – he always feels up to the challenge of surprising and pleasing his customers by creating unique libations.

¼ Drambuie

4 drops cacao sagrada bitters


Stirred cocktail over ice


Garnish with edible flower, blue variety – but can be garnished with any type of edible flower
